Vita Rawstaurant, located in the historic On Broadway District at 131 N. Broadway Street, is still celebrating its grand re-opening. Vita Rawstaurant will serve raw, freshly prepared tapas, beer, wine, and desserts only on Friday and Saturday evenings from 4 until close. Many have anticipated their reopening as they had previously closed their doors and only offered raw-food classes and catering.

Vita Rawstaurant has gained popularity by offering a pure raw menu with each item prepared to order.
