Local owner, Monty Jensen, is bringing his honed craft of bagel production and specialty brewed coffee to the downtown Broadway District. La Maun Jensen has operated at Lox Stock and Bagel for over a decade. "There has been a void downtown with a lack of a convenient bagel shop. Monty will fill this void offering breakfast and lunch to a bustling downtown. With slight conversions to the space, the operator is targeting an opening of May 6th, 2013.

Vibe Dance Center is thrilled to join the historic district of Broadway and provide a fresh, innovative space in the Green Bay area that allows dancers the opportunity to explore the art and creativity of dance. With the direction of Kelsey Johnson, Vibe's goal is focused on encouraging strength within the mind and body to generate new movement and ideas that will assemble stronger, more intelligent dancers. Equality, respect, optimism, and open-heartedness is required by student and instructor to produce continuous growth in a positive environment.

Glass Nickel Pizza Company ribbon cutting was well attended and their business is up and running. With their early success, awesome beer on tap, and the smell of pizza in the air, we are excited for the fresh things they are bringing to the On Broadway District.

On May 10th, On Broadway will be working to clean out, rake and prepare our planters for the new spring season! We are looking for volunteers to help beginning at 10am! Click this link to sign up to help! Then on May 23rd, we will be hosting our planting party! (With a rain date set for the 24th) Volunteers, staff, and supporters will be getting their hands dirty as we plant flowers, grasses and greenery. Come be a part of this beautiful day!

Glass Nickel Pizza Co. is kicking off on-site dining Monday with a grand opening and ribbon cutting.
Glass Nickel moved from Ridge Road in Ashwaubenon to 416 Dousman St. in downtown Green Bay in April, when it began offering delivery and carry-out.
The restaurant has seating for 99 people and a patio for warm-weather use, but Glass Nickel waited for the city to complete work on a parking lot before offering on-site dining.
Owners of the local franchise, which opened in 2007, are Desiree Leiva and Don Calhoun.

Mr. Hall's specialty is in the preparation of comprehensive business plans for people starting up, purchasing or expanding companies. Part of this service is to also obtain financing. He prepares SBA loan packaging for community banks for a number of different loan programs.

Lyric Room is the perfect space for any occasion with a full facility capacity of 300 people. This new event space is a welcomed addition to our District!
They have several affordable drink packages that can be customized to meet your needs. Some amenities include, but are not limited to: tables, chairs, table clothes, glasses, catering connections, photo booth, and entertainment depending on the event.
The owners are familiar with the this Historic District as they also own and operate the successful Keggers Bar.
